About Monta Tire

A chemical manufacturer specialized in tire mounting lubricants

Monta Tire is a chemical manufacturer located in Valinhos, São Paulo state, just 45 minutes from the city of São Paulo.

Specialized in manufacturing tire mounting lubricants, the company stands out for the quality and reliability of its products, approved by the leading tire manufacturers on the market.

Our mounting pastes are used by brands of the leading tire manufacturers, automotive multinationals and more than 400 distributors and resellers in Brazil and abroad.

We serve tire manufacturers, large carriers and retreaders, as well as tire shop product distributors and major auto center and truck center chains, among others.

We operate throughout Brazil and also have partners and customers across Latin America.

Besides tire mounting lubricants, Monta Tire also manufactures a complete line of products for different stages of the tire industry.

We produce inputs for tire manufacturing, such as anti-block, in-mold coating, bladder coating and mold release agents.

For retreading, we have developed carbon black emulsified paints and envelope release agents that ensure an efficient, high-quality process.

We launched our line of anti-stick lubricants for compactor roller tires to solve a recurring problem for tire manufacturers: the fast degradation caused by diesel oil or mineral lubricants, which, being petroleum-based, reduce tire life and paving quality and also harm the environment.

The Monta Rolo line is made from vegetable oils and offers several advantages: it does not harm the environment, is non-toxic to operators, allows high dilution in water, does not clog spray nozzles and ensures an excellent asphalt finish.

Besides the anti-stick agents, the line includes truck bed lubricants and machine and tool cleaners, further expanding our solutions for the sector.

We also offer our dynamic balancing line with glass microbeads, an innovation that replaces traditional counterweights when balancing truck tires, offering more convenience and efficiency.
