Monta Tire Dynamic Balancing uses glass microbeads, a technology recognized and widely used in the main markets of the world. It is easy to apply and needs no balancing machine.

Through centrifugal force, the microbeads spread inside the tire looking for the points of imbalance. A special treatment creates electrostatic adhesion that holds them where needed for perfect wheel and tire balance, balancing the tire permanently.

The result is less workshop time, convenience, lower operating costs and fuel savings, plus longer tire life and more time with the fleet on the road. Each sachet is sized for one tire size.

How to apply

1. Check the correct microbead application for the tire size.
2. Remove the lead weights from the wheel, if any.
3. Clean the inside of the tire, removing dirt and oil.
4. Take out the inner pack with the microbeads and place them directly inside the tire.
5. Mount the tire on the wheel.
